Ms. Sanchez is a Junior Associate at the Firm who handles intellectual property, joint venture agreements, litigation, taxation and special projects. She is versed in the legal frameworks of airports, toll roads, and infrastructure projects under the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP), and has handled high-profile cases in intellectual property. She was instrumental in the settlement of a Php339 Million patent infringement case crucial to the entry of cheaper cancer drugs in the country and the negotiation of a co-existence agreement between international fashion companies.
In law school, she was Vice Chairperson of the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau where she acquired first-hand litigation experience in Anti-Violence Against Women and Children cases, legal counselling, pleading writing, and client relations.
She served the Editorial Board of The Barrister in various capacities for three years. Her stint as Head Editor and Art Director of the College of Law Planner garnered the portfolio a nomination from the Catholic Mass Media Awards in 2017. Ms. Sanchez was also a member of the San Beda Centralized Bar Operations.
She interned with the Department of Foreign Affairs, where she was exposed to conflicts of law and international law.
