Sheena Marie T. Morales

Ms. Morales joined the Firm in 2017 and currently handles corporate, taxation, dispute resolution and special projects, among others. Her skills in negotiation and dispute resolution has helped clients negotiate and close business arrangements with deal values ranging from Php173 Million to Php1.3 Billion. As part of the Firm’s Tax Group, she has fended off an excessive Php300 Million tax assessment for a client.

Ms. Morales is a co-author of the Philippine entries in Merger Control 2020 (Law and Enforcement) in Getting the Deal Through and the Philippines: Arbitration (3rd edition) for the The In-House Lawyer.

She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., Philippine Energy Efficiency Alliance, Inc. and Philippine Institute of Arbitrators.

Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as a Marketing Officer and Human Resource Department Consultant for a premier computer curriculum service provider in the Philippines. She also worked as a Part-Time Lecturer at the De La Salle University – Manila while she was in law school.

Apart from being a lawyer, she is active in promoting awareness on bullying among youth and conducts seminars to different educational institutions.
