Lalaine L. Hablado-Reyes

Ms. Hablado-Reyes is a Junior Associate at the Firm having recently been admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. She currently works with the Corporate Services and Finance Group and Intellectual Property Group, where she handles complex commercial transactions of top corporations.

Prior to passing the bar, she was part of the team that assisted the Free Legal Assistance Group in the filing of the Petition on the War on Drugs before the Supreme Court. She interned with the Office of the Solicitor General, the Humanitarian Legal Assistance Foundation and the Human Rights Victims Claims Board.

In law school, she served as Vice President for Internal Affairs and Sophomore Batch Representative of the Law Student Government in 2016-2017 and 2015-2016, respectively. She participated in the 2016 Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot where her pioneering team emerged as the Highest Ranked Team in the Asia-Pacific Regionals and qualified in the Global Finals in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Before undertaking the study of law, Ms. Hablado-Reyes was immersed in various fields in business such as social entrepreneurship, marketing, retail, and recruitment.
