Mr. Guevara joined the Firm as a Junior Associate in 2019 where he worked on various fields such as criminal litigation and settlement of estates, as well as corporate housekeeping and special projects. He was also involved in handling a contentious land dispute case against government authorities concerning properties in the island of Boracay. Apart from that, he worked on cases concerning disputes in labor and the construction industry.
Mr. Guevara interned with the Office of the Chief Justice of the Philippine Supreme Court. As a law student, he was part of the team in the Developmental Legal Advocacy Clinic (DLAC) of the De La Salle University – Manila that handled the controversial case of a former Iglesia Ni Cristo minister that captured media attention. He was also a member of the Lasallian Commission on Bar Operations where he was part of the Academics Committee in Civil and Remedial Law.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. Guevara worked in the field of marketing and corporate communications, where he was trained in event planning and management.
