Jeross R. Aguilar

Mr. Aguilar joined the Firm in 2022 where he handles criminal, civil, labor, tax and intellectual property cases. He’s successfully negotiated the settlement of civil, labor and intellectual property disputes. He is involved in key litigation matters for Private Equity, Telecommunication, Logistics, and Transporation companies and operators. He also carries out due diligence on real estate and energy projects.

Prior to entering the Firm, he was the HR & Legal Officer for a leading security technology provider for government agencies, casinos, universities, hotels, corporations, factories and airports.

He earned his law degree from Arellano University School of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022. As a law student, he was President of the moot and debate organization and the Associate Editor of the law school paper. In 2018, he won Season 16 of the ANC Square Off Debate. In 2019, he received the Moot and Debate Award from the Association of Law Students of Philippines.

Before entering law school, he also served on the board of trustees of a national and an international NGO for human rights and volunteered for local UN projects in his hometown and served on the local government advisory board.
