Jean Jacquelyn Nathania De Castro

Ms. de Castro has extensive experience in construction and commercial arbitration, and attended the different Training Modules of the International Contracts Training Course of the Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs Conseils on Contracts Administration and Implementation. She is likewise a qualified arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

Ms. de Castro started her legal career at Villaraza Cruz Marcelo and Angangco, where she was chosen several times by the partnership as “Best Associate” during the annual performance reviews. As a Senior Associate, she led the team that prosecuted the principal actor in one of the largest cases of bank fraud in the country. Afterwards, she joined the Privatization and Management Office of the Philippine Government to assist in the transfer of high-value assets.

She finished the Executive Development Academy’s Applied MBA Program in 2010. In 2011, she joined ESCA, Inc. where she presently serves as General Counsel and Vice President for Finance and Administration.
