Ms. Tomas joined the firm as a Junior Associate in 2023, following her admission to the Philippine Bar. Since joining, she has been actively involved in a wide range of practice areas, including corporate law, energy law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital markets and securities law.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree with honors from Ateneo Law School in 2022. During her time as a law student, she served as the Assistant Vice President for External Affairs for the Joaquin Bernas Center Student Corps.
Prior to law school, Ms. Tomas held a position on the executive board of the Ateneo Student Exchange Council. She also represented the Philippines as a United Nations Youth Delegate, where she actively participated in discussions on international issues related to sustainability and human rights.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Tomas is a member of Junior Chamber International, where she channels her passion for service into advocacy projects focused on mental health and women’s empowerment.
In her personal time, Ms. Tomas enjoys Pilates, traveling, and exploring art—activities that help her recharge, stay focused, and bring a positive, grounded perspective to her personal and professional pursuits.
