Ms. Mendoza was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023, and joined the Firm the same year. Since joining the Firm, she has obtained extensive experience in both civil and criminal litigation before the trial courts, quasi-judicial agencies, as well as mediation proceedings before the Intellectual Property Office.
With a focus on corporate law and special projects, Ms. Mendoza continues to handle several matters with diverse specializations. She has experience in commercial arbitration involving multi-million peso contractual disputes; securitization of various asset backed securities, renewable energy projects involving over a hundred hectares of land, and consultancy on real estate investment trusts (REITs) and several vital public-private partnership (PPP) projects in the country.
During her time in law school, she wrote her thesis on Competition Law with a keen observation on its applicability with the rapidly growing digital economy. In her thesis, she reassessed the market definitions and criteria for assessing market power in the Philippine Competition Act for the Proper Characterization and Regulation of Multi-Sided Platforms (MSPs).
In her free time, Ms. Mendoza enjoys hiking along the local mountains of the country and appreciating the rich culture and history of the Philippines through literature.
