Ms. Garcia joined the Firm as a Junior Associate after being admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2024.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo Law School in 2024, where she wrote her thesis entitled “Right to Due Process of Real Property Owners vis-à-vis Fiscal Autonomy of LGUs: An Analysis of the Remedies of Taxpayers Regarding the Assessment and Taxation of Real Property”. As a law student, she served as Desk Head for the Children’s Desk of the Ateneo Human Rights Center, and also actively interned for its Women’s Desk. She was also a member of the Special Projects Team of the Ateneo Central Bar Operations.
During her undergraduate years, Ms. Garcia championed children’s rights as a member of the Executive Board of UST Volunteers for UNICEF, where she served as Training and Development Officer and led different community development programs. She also participated as a resource speaker at volunteering summits for the same organization.
Ms. Garcia enjoys traveling, exploring new places and hobbies, spending time with her loved ones, and aspires to have her own business in the near future. She remains committed to children’s rights by actively participating in various community development programs for children.
